Salt Talent Search is seeking a B2B Sales executive for a 6 months extendable contract role in Singapore. You will establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, handle account management matters, and drive new business through pipeline development.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot. Experience with local SMEs and negotiating skills are highly valued.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Consultative and solution-based selling experience valued.
• Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions.
• Familiar with CRM tools for tracking and reporting sales performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in local SMEs sales; Korea market language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts and sponsors from enterprises and SMEs.
• Serve as lead point of contact for all account management matters, delivering exceptional client service.
• Develop new business and build a pipeline of leads to meet company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction.
• Collect feedback on client needs, challenges and objectives to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Identify cross-/up-sell opportunities from existing client portfolio to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Analyze best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer success.
