Job summary

WE-PLUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a high-performing sales professional to grow the commercial cards business in Singapore. You will acquire new business customers by engaging founders, finance managers, heads of finance, and other financial decision-makers.

The role combines disciplined new-business sales with selling a value proposition around cash-flow flexibility, control, and visibility, requiring consultative conversations, objection handling, and structured deal progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in payments, cards, banking, fintech, SaaS, lending, or another consultative environment.
• Experience engaging decision-makers such as founders, finance managers, heads of finance, CFOs, or operations leaders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a new business acquisition role.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of client prospects for commercial payment solutions in Singapore.
• Identify, engage, and convert new opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activity.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, activity tracking, and forecasts.
• Meet / exceed sales targets for new account acquisition, activated customers, and portfolio growth.
• Partner with internal teams such as product, operations, risk, onboarding, and customer success to support smooth deal progression and activation.
