OCBC Bank invites applications for a Commercial Banking Operations Specialist to join the Enterprise Banking Central Support Team. You will provide critical administrative support to business units, manage operational workflows and help drive process improvements across credit reviews, documentation checks and policy renewals.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and strong project-management, stakeholder, and communication skills, with familiarity in AI tools and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience in project management, business management, operations, business transformation or banking operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit processes and operational workflows will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to Business Units in account opening documentation checks.
• Support Business Units in financial spreading and preparation of credit review packs.
• Coordinate with valuers on valuation requests for credit reviews and ad hoc business requests.
• Liaise with customers to ensure timely renewal of fire insurance policies.
• Perform data quality reviews and ensure accuracy of business information.
• Act as a key liaison between Business Units and internal operational departments to resolve customer-related matters efficiently.
• Plan, coordinate and execute departmental projects and change initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Partner with business, operations, technology and product teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Drive business process reviews and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls and customer experience.
• Prepare project updates, presentations and management reports for key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and data analytics to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.
• Support the implementation of automation initiatives to strengthen resilience and productivity.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Promote best practices in responsible and effective use of AI and digital tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline end-to-end processes and establish sustainable operating models.
