Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Collateral Management professional to perform daily collateral calculations, processing, reconciliations and dispute investigations across OTC derivatives and securities finance products. You will monitor exposures, ensure timely settlement of calls, and support internal stakeholders to maintain strong controls and regulatory compliance.

Senior candidates will provide guidance to juniors and contribute to system enhancements and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience in collateral management or related financial operations.

Responsibilities

Perform daily collateral management activities including margin calculations, processing, reconciliations and dispute investigations across OTC derivatives and securities finance products.
Monitor collateral exposures and ensure timely settlement of collateral calls in line with client agreements and regulatory requirements.
Investigate and resolve collateral disputes, reconciliation breaks and operational exceptions with counterparties, clients and internal teams.
Prepare accurate management information, client reports and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows using data analytics tools.
