Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Collateral Operations professional to lead and execute daily collateral activities across OTC derivatives and securities finance. You will partner with Relationship Management, Product, Technology and Risk to ensure quality client service and compliant operations.

The role requires a finance-focused degree and 3–7 years of collateral/middle-office experience, with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline.
3–7 years in collateral management or related middle-office operations.
Good understanding of margin call processing and reconciliations.
Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel; Alteryx and Power BI knowledge advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise and operational leadership in collateral management.
Perform daily collateral processing including margin calculations and reconciliations.
Monitor collateral exposures and ensure timely settlement of calls.
Investigate disputes, breaks, and exceptions with counterparties and teams.
Produce management information, client reporting, and metrics.
Identify process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
Utilize Alteryx, Power BI for reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain adherence to controls, procedures, and risk standards.
