Job summary

Job description

The Job:

Provide subject matter expertise and operational leadership across collateral management activities, supporting junior team members and driving best practices within the team.
Perform daily collateral management activities including margin calculations, collateral processing, reconciliations, and dispute investigations across OTC derivatives and securities finance products.
Monitor collateral exposures and ensure timely settlement of collateral calls in accordance with client agreements and regulatory requirements.
Investigate and resolve collateral disputes, breaks, and exceptions with counterparties, clients, and internal stakeholders
Hands-on Collateral Management experience with strong technical knowledge

Requirements:

• Keen interest in process improvement and driving efficiencies
• Experience leveraging AI tools/solutions to support project delivery would be advantageous
• Proven experience in project delivery.
• Prior team management or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of and ability to improve operational processes.
