Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Markets Operations professional to ensure collateral calls and recalls related to CSA and GMRA are managed efficiently. You will handle payments, investigate discrepancies, and support legal review of collateral agreements.

Based in Tampines and 100% office-based, you will establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drive process improvements, and participate in projects and UAT while complying with risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferred.
• Good knowledge of Treasury products (e.g. Securities, Derivatives, Securities Lending).
• Understanding of Front to Back Trade operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure collateral calls/recalls relating to CSA and GMRA are well managed.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments/receipts of cash.
• Investigate collateral disputes/discrepancies and resolve promptly.
• Perform portfolio reconciliation and resolve disputes.
• Support legal in review of collateral agreements during negotiation.
• Set up new collateral agreements and accounts.
• Manage queries and escalations in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and system automation.
• Support in projects and UAT.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory requirements.
