Job summary

Bank of America Singapore is seeking a detail-focused Collateral Operations professional to manage margin calls and collateral settlement for APAC clients. The role involves coordinating with clients, risk and technology teams to ensure timely and accurate collateralisation across OTC derivatives, fixed income, and related products.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication, risk awareness, and the ability to resolve complex margin disputes while maintaining robust client relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in margin calls and collateralisation processes.
• Strong communication and client servicing mindset.
• Knowledge of risk controls and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure margin settlements.
• Process and settle cash and non-cash collaterals in a timely manner.
• Monitor clients’ and affiliates exposure and process margin calls before cut-off.
• Liaise with clients and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Identify anomalies and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform management reporting.
• Participate in technology enhancement initiatives and UATs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Handle audit requests.
