Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Collateral Management Analyst to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team in Singapore. The role focuses on collateral management, derivatives operations, and middle-office activities to support client services and risk controls.

Responsibilities include daily collateral processing, margin calculations, reconciliations, and disputes, with emphasis on data-driven reporting using Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in collateral management, derivatives operations, middle office, securities finance, or related areas.
• Solid understanding of collateral management, margin call processing, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Alteryx and Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collateral activities: margin calculations, processing, reconciliations, and dispute investigations.
• Monitor collateral exposures and ensure timely settlement of collateral calls.
• Investigate and resolve collateral disputes and operational exceptions.
• Prepare client reports, management information, and operational metrics.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow enhancements.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, procedures, and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Technology, Product, and Relationship Management teams to deliver exceptional client service.
