Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a corporate IT or collaboration platforms role.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms supporting thousands of users.
• Strong foundational understanding of cloud-based identity concepts including SSO and OAuth 2.0.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated support tickets across Google Workspace and Zoom.
• Own and lead complex platform projects, including user migrations.
• Implement DLP controls within Google Workspace.
• Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders across various departments.
