Qualifications

Strong foundational understanding of cloud-based identity concepts including SSO and OAuth 2.0.
Responsibilities
Manage escalated support tickets across Google Workspace and Zoom.
Own and lead complex platform projects, including user migrations.
Implement DLP controls within Google Workspace.
Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders across various departments.
