Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Infra Engineer (Collaboration) to manage M365 and Google Workspace, lead SharePoint migrations to the cloud, and ensure secure, scalable collaboration across platforms. You will monitor environments, automate tasks, and train users to maximize adoption.

Key responsibilities include governance for Teams and OneDrive, integration of additional productivity tools, and close collaboration with security teams to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Google Workspace and M365 with deep SharePoint Online experience.
• Experience migrating on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• Strong background in Identity Management and endpoint security (Intune, Defender, Purview).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to author end-user docs and run trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the M365 and Google Workspace environment, including governance and architecture for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Plan and lead large migrations from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online with minimal business disruption.
• Monitor service health and optimize configurations for M365 and Google Workspace.
• Implement security controls and identity management across collaboration platforms.
• Integrate secondary productivity platforms to ensure interoperability with Microsoft backend services.
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Bash; expose data via MS Graph API and Power BI.
• Create comprehensive end-user documentation and conduct training sessions to drive adoption.
