Key responsibilities include guiding front office operations, managing the Club Lounge team, and maintaining lounge presentation while coordinating with F&B for seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Front office operations knowledge is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties with professionalism.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent communication and service orientation with leadership capability.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Club Lounge buffet setup for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Club Lounge and pantry area.
• Provide personalized service to Club Lounge guests and address needs promptly.
• Offer menu recommendations and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid service interruptions.
• Gather guest feedback and resolve concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
