Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is seeking a Guest Services Agent/Supervisor for the Club Lounge. The role combines hands-on guest service with supervision in a vibrant hotel environment.

You will manage front desk touchpoints, assist with check-in/out, and deliver personalized service for Club Lounge guests, with a focus on menu recommendations, dietary needs, and maintaining a welcoming lounge atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with general knowledge of front office operations.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and third parties with professionalism.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare buffet set-up for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Club Lounge and pantry.
• Provide personalized service to Club Lounge guests.
• Offer menu recommendations and accommodate dietary preferences.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish to ensure continuous service.
• Gather guest feedback to maintain high satisfaction.
• Ensure Club guests depart with a positive impression.
• Encourage positive reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor.
• Welcome and orient Club Lounge guests; assist with check-in/out.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate information about facilities.
• Address and resolve complaints or escalate to the F&B Manager when needed.
