Job summary

SAFRA National Service Association is seeking an experienced leader to manage and enhance a premier club, focusing on facilities, services and member experience. You will drive market positioning, events, programmes and partnerships while aligning with SAFRA’s mission to serve Singapore’s defence community.

Responsibilities include strategic planning for growth and revenue, governance, budgeting, and delivering high-quality member experiences across facilities and activities.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 6-8 years of relevant experience in hospitality/club operations.
• Experience in sports/event management, community engagement, marketing and strategic planning preferred.
• Established network in sports, community and entertainment industries is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Interest and knowledge of sports, community engagement, entertainment trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and market the club facilities and services to ensure high usage.
• Organise club events, activities and courses with high satisfaction.
• Oversee market positioning, public relations and service quality to enhance image.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for membership growth and revenue targets.
• Plan budgeting and monitor performance of programmes and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations and governance requirements.
• Drive partnerships with community groups and stakeholders to enhance offerings.
• Address feedback, complaints and service recovery to uphold satisfaction.
• Collaborate with committees and volunteers to align programmes with member needs.
