Job summary

SAFRA National Service Association is seeking an events professional to plan and manage signature events and ad-hoc projects across the division. You will oversee NSmen engagement through SAFRA Major Events and the SAFRA Youth Network, and support senior management in developing workplans and budgets.

You will implement marketing plans, partner with external organizations and vendors, and drive service quality through established standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and organize SAFRA key signature events and ad-hoc projects to enhance and ensure continued favorable response as well as achieving participation targets with a high satisfaction level from these participants.
• Formulate and implement the workplan projections to meet the overall objectives of the division and the organization.
• Responsible for overseeing the engagement of NSmen and their friends through SAFRA Major Events and the SAFRA Youth Network
• Support Manager and Director (Event Management & Engagement)
• Promote SAFRA signature events and ad-hoc projects with SAFRA members, interest groups and partners / collaborators.
• Implement effective marketing plans and activities to promote SAFRA events.
• Partner external organizations to organize major events. To enhance rapport and establish strong ties and network with partners / vendors for events sponsorship and promotions.
• Raise service quality and delivery of events / projects through a set of service standards and procedures.
• Network with other events organizers, sports vendors in Singapore and the region for possible business opportunities.
• Responsible for the timely & adequate submission of monthly reports, statistics and concept/ approval papers.
• Oversee the management and execution of SAFRA Youth Network events and engagement.
• Implement annual divisional workplan and budget as well as to achieve targets of the approved workplan and budget.
• Ensure full compliance to corporate governance / ISO procedures in the management and operation of the events / projects assigned.
• Any other tasks, duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
