Job summary

The British Club is seeking a proactive Marketing and Membership Executive to drive membership growth and engagement in Singapore. You will promote club memberships, facilities, events and services to prospective members and corporate clients, handling enquiries and supporting retention initiatives.

Responsibilities include planning campaigns, coordinating events with internal teams and vendors, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, membership services or event management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong written communication and organisational/time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented with ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, lifestyle or club industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive membership growth, revenue generation and member engagement.
• Generate sales opportunities by promoting memberships, facilities, events and services to prospective members and guests.
• Manage membership enquiries and support acquisition and retention initiatives, including Club tours.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, Club events, partnerships and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, prospective members, corporate clients and partners.
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Monitor activities, maintain records and prepare reports as required.
• Provide administrative support to the Membership Department and undertake other duties as assigned.
