Job summary
Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support Engineer on a 1-year contract to join the Co-Development Business Unit. You will work with the customer product team, providing L1-L3 code-level support and ensuring reliability, uptime, and performance of our internal product.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar IT role.
- Experience with change and incident management using ITSM tools (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceDesk).
- Knowledge of security, access control, and monitoring (APM, CloudWatch).
- Automation scripting with Terraform/Ansible preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with AWS AI tools, data lakes, and workflow automation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate cross-team problem resolution and maintain documentation.
- Ensure high uptime and robust incident reporting to management.
- Set up and manage AWS environments to support AI use cases.
- Lead 24/7 operations and assist vendors and staff as needed.
