Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 4–6 years in IT operations or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on IT infrastructure experience on servers/Windows/Linux and cloud ops.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operation support for GCC/AWS and on-prem data centres.
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure minimal downtime to maintain business continuity.
• Maintain availability, security, and compliance with government IT policies.
• Automate processes to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Develop deployment pipelines and runbooks for smooth deployments.
