Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Singapore to provide hands‑on technical services to our largest customers, driving adoption of the Datadog platform and translating IT operations into business value.

You will advise on product adoption across pre‑sales, post‑sales and renewal cycles, conduct reviews, collaborate with product, engineering and services teams, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT operations experience.
• Cloud experience across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Scripting skills in Python/JavaScript/Ruby/Go/PHP (or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
• Containerization knowledge (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Experience as TAM or in a customer-facing cloud role.
• Collaborates with Sales, Support and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers across pre-sales, post-sales and renewal processes.
• Analyze customers' IT Operations environments and recommend optimizations for Datadog value.
• Act as customer advocate by aligning goals with product features and adoption.
• Prepare for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and services teams to identify new features and opportunities.
• Evolve best practices for product adoption and customer success.
