Job summary

DigitalOcean in Singapore is seeking a Strategic Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise customers. You will manage executive relationships, align technical roadmaps with business goals, and drive growth across a portfolio of Fortune 500-like clients.

You will design and scale AI/ML workloads, containerized deployments, and GPU-intensive architectures on DigitalOcean, lead QBRs/EBRs, and present cost-performance tradeoffs to C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise or strategic accounts in a customer-facing technical role.
• Deep cloud AI/ML architecture knowledge including GPU orchestration and deployment.
• Proficient in AWS, GCP, or Azure; familiarity with DigitalOcean.
• Strong Linux, networking, containers, and automation skills.
• Programming in Python or Go; knowledge of AI/ML stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with highest-value customers; executive-facing contact for VP/SVP stakeholders.
• Drive QBRs/EBRs and shape customer roadmaps to maximize DigitalOcean value.
• Provide guidance on AI/ML workloads, architecture planning, migrations, and tuning.
• Present boardroom-ready analyses on architecture choices, cost, and opportunities to C-levels.
• Identify workload expansion, cost optimization; voice of customer for product roadmap.
