Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking an experienced TAM/CS role to advise customers on technical support and product adoption across pre-sales, post-sales, and renewals.

The candidate will analyze customer IT Operations environments, maximize Datadog value, and advocate for customers by aligning goals with adoption strategies and feature changes. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding in IT Operations and hands-on experiences.
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP).
• Experience using CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for work.
• Prior TAM experience supporting mid-market or enterprise cloud customers.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as Datadog or similar.
