Job summary

TDCX is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a high-performing Business Development Representatives team. You will drive outbound prospecting, optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion, and ensure delivery of a strong sales pipeline to downstream commercial teams.

Bring 3+ years in B2B sales leadership within cloud/SaaS environments, strong coaching skills, and expertise in Salesforce and BI tools. Excellent English communication and stakeholder alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; business administration, CS, information systems preferred.
• 3+ years in B2B sales, account management, or inside sales with leadership or mentoring experience in tech or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the BDR team and set performance benchmarks.
• Coach on cold outreach, discovery, objection handling and cloud value positioning.
• Ensure pipeline quality and seamless handoffs to downstream sales teams.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to deploy targeted territory plays and analyze metrics.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and governance for accurate forecasting.
