Job summary

TDCX, Singapore-headquartered, is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to qualify inbound leads and drive outbound campaigns that build regional pipeline. You will use MS Dynamics 365 to track communications and collaborate with Account Executives to schedule demos for decision makers.

You will leverage Sales Navigator for social selling and handle a high volume of calls, identifying customer pain points to convert interest into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field (or equivalent).
• Strong English communication skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Complete accurate tracking of communications in MS Dynamics 365.
• Schedule product demos between Account Executives and prospects.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to design targeted outbound efforts.
• Drive various outbound campaigns to build pipeline for the region.
• Use Sales Navigator for social selling to identify leads.
