Job summary
Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to monitor infrastructure and ensure system health across managed environments. You will perform 1st level troubleshooting, assist with tech refresh, and coordinate escalations for hardware or software issues.
The role requires a Diploma, 2+ years IT experience, hands-on RHEL/Windows Server, Nutanix, and Ansible exposure, plus a recognized cloud/hyper-converged certification.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years of working IT industry experience.
- Experience in RHEL and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Nutanix platforms and Ansible automation.
- Professional-level cloud and/or hyper-converged certification.
Responsibilities
- Monitor MSDC system health status of 120 servers using Tenable SC.
- Facilitate upcoming tech refresh for mainstream systems.
- Perform 1st level troubleshooting for server or VM issues.
- Escalate faults to contractors for hardware or software errors.
- Maintain compliance to managed systems.
- Provision VM or project resources for multi-tenants.
- Perform regular patching to managed systems.
- Manage services such as AD, SQL DB, Veeam Backup, SCCM, SEPM.
