Job summary

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer to administer, monitor, maintain and provision enterprise IT infrastructure across a multi-tenant environment in Singapore.

You will monitor server health and security, support refreshes, resolve 1st‑level VM issues and escalate hardware or software faults to vendors. You will manage infrastructure services (AD, SQL, Veeam, MECM/SCCM, SEPM) and perform patching while provisioning resources across tenants.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with RHEL and Windows Server administration, Windows client provisioning, and Nutanix platforms.
• Proficiency with Ansible and common infrastructure tools.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Systems / Infrastructure Engineer to support the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and provisioning of enterprise IT infrastructure across a multi-tenant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the health and security status of approximately 120 servers using Tenable SC.

Support the upcoming technology refresh for mainstream systems.

Perform 1st-level troubleshooting for server and VM-related issues.

Troubleshoot and escalating hardware faults and software errors to contractors/vendors.

Ensure compliance and security standards across managed systems.

Perform VM and project resource provisioning across multi-tenant environments.

Carry out regular patching and maintenance of managed systems.

Administer and support common infrastructure services, including:

• Active Directory (AD)
• SQL Database
• Veeam Backup
• Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • RHEL and Windows Server Administration
  • Windows client administration and OS image provisioning
  • Nutanix platforms, including Prism Central, Nutanix Files, and Nutanix Move
  • Ansible

Possess at least one Professional-level or higher Cloud / Hyper-Converged Infrastructure certification from AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Nutanix, VMware, or equivalent
