Job summary

ITSEC SERVICES ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to manage enterprise virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure (VMware and Nutanix) to ensure high availability, performance, and security of critical applications.

The role requires strong expertise in virtualization technologies, infrastructure operations, automation, and incident troubleshooting within enterprise environments. Collaboration with network, storage, and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience managing VMware and/or Nutanix environments.
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure operations in a 24x7 environment is advantageous.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware platforms including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
Administer Nutanix AOS and AHV environments; manage Prism components.
Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and performance.
Troubleshoot virtualization incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Implement security hardening and RBAC; perform disaster recovery testing.
Develop automation scripts using PowerCLI and Ansible to streamline provisioning.
Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
