Job summary

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Systems/Infrastructure Engineer to administer, monitor, maintain and provision enterprise IT infrastructure across a multi-tenant environment in Singapore.

You will monitor server health and security, support refreshes, resolve 1st‑level VM issues and escalate hardware or software faults to vendors. You will manage infrastructure services (AD, SQL, Veeam, MECM/SCCM, SEPM) and perform patching while provisioning resources across tenants.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with RHEL and Windows Server administration, Windows client provisioning, and Nutanix platforms.
• Proficiency with Ansible and common infrastructure tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and security of servers and multi-tenant environments.
• Support technology refresh for mainstream systems.
• Perform 1st-level troubleshooting for server/VM issues.
• Escalate hardware faults and software errors to contractors/vendors.
• Ensure compliance and security standards across managed systems.
• Provision VMs and resources across multi-tenant environments.
• Carry out regular patching and maintenance of systems.
• Administer infrastructure services such as AD, SQL, Veeam, MECM/SCCM, SEPM.
