Qualifications

• Diploma required, relevant IT field.
• 2+ years in infrastructure/IT operations preferred.
• Certs such as MCITP or VMware are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, manage, and maintain VMware ESX, Nutanix AHV and HCI technologies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product installations, upgrades, patches and hot fixes.
• Create, manage, and maintain documentation for managed systems and operations.
• Implement changes through Change Management and Release processes.
• Build, configure, and rollout new releases; organize training for new releases.
• Ensure backup and recovery of systems; manage incident and problem tickets.
• Develop automation via PowerShell, Python, Bash; use IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Perform daily system health checks.
