National University Health System Pte. Ltd. seeks a competent governance and strategy coordinator to provide secretariat support for the RHSO Clinical Strategy & Governance Board and committees. You will help develop clinical strategy, monitor governance, and ensure alignment with population health priorities across RHSO.

You will coordinate agendas, prepare papers and minutes, track actions, and maintain governance documentation. Strong stakeholder skills and writing ability are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting senior committees or boards is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills are required.
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities for policy papers and board submissions.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-to-end secretariat support for CSGB and assigned committees.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, papers and logistics; prepare minutes and actions.
• Track follow-up actions and ensure timely closure within deadlines.
• Support governance frameworks, policies, and standards implementation.
• Coordinate development of clinical strategy and programme roadmaps.
• Maintain repository of board records and ensure version control.
• Flag governance risks or non-compliance for escalation.
• Support audit and review processes as required.
