National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore seeks a Senior Assistant Manager / Manager in Corporate Strategy to drive organisational planning and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to align priorities and deliver key programmes.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategies, you will lead annual workplans, governance, and major strategy projects, ensuring data-driven decisions and effective communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategy, healthcare management or corporate planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Drive the development and refinement of NUH's short and long-term corporate goals, strategic priorities and plans.
• Develop and oversee strategic performance metrics and monitoring frameworks to support organisational goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management reviews, translating performance data into actionable insight.
• Manage the annual Institution-wide Workplan Cycle and related strategic initiatives.
