Zusammenfassung

SingHealth Group seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Strategic Finance to support MOH-funded RHS and Population Health programmes. You will contribute to funding strategy, budgeting, financial stewardship and governance across the SingHealth cluster.

You will liaise with MOH and grant agencies, administer funding receipts and disbursements, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. Strong accounting background and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification.
• CA/ACCA qualification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate funding-related matters with MOH, SingHealth institutions and grant agencies.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, reports and ad hoc analysis for planning and resource allocation.
• Support governance, audits, and compliance with MOH funding requirements.
• Develop and implement financial SOPs to strengthen governance and processes.
