Job summary

The role collaborates with board members, hospital leadership, donors and community partners to drive governance, policy development and programme delivery, while managing risks and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Non-Profit Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, public sector, charities or large complex organisations.
• Familiarity with Singapore charity regulations, governance frameworks and fundraising compliance.
• Experience in Board/committee secretariat, programme management, policy or governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Governance-focused mindset with integrity and accountability.
• Ability to translate strategy into governance and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end secretariat support to the Fund Board and governance meetings.
• Develop agendas, minutes, board papers and decision logs.
• Coordinate papers and track board decisions and progress.
• Support fundraising, donor engagement and partnerships.
• Develop programme dashboards and management reports.
• Monitor programme risks and ensure compliance and reporting.
• Prepare policy briefs and environmental scans for management and Board.
