Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support to the Central Ops Office.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Prepare reports and presentations from data analyses.
• Assist in planning high-impact projects and tracking milestones.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to executives.
• Arrange travel itineraries and manage calendars.
• Handle purchasing, supplier quotations, and invoicing.
• Process expense claims and maintain department records.
• Sort and file documents; manage correspondence.
• Support other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
