Job summary

NATIONAL NEUROSCIENCE INSTITUTE OF SINGAPORE PTE LTD seeks a senior operations professional to provide day-to-day support for NSOC at NNI@TTSH. You will plan, coordinate and evaluate operational activities and lead a team of PSAs to maintain high service quality for patients.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to implement sound work plans, best practices and efficient processes aligned with the clinic's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in clinical operations in a hospital or institution
• Strong analytical, supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise initiative, handle pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated and results-oriented with focus on service excellence in patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Neuroscience Specialist Outpatient Clinic (NSOC) at NNI@TTSH
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate operational activities within the specialist clinic
• Lead the PSA team in delivering consistently excellent service quality to patients
• Collaborate with other departments to implement strategic work plans and best practices
