Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (Eastern General Hospital) seeks a dynamic individual to join the Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) team to plan, develop and operationalise clinic operations and service delivery initiatives, ensuring efficient resource use and a seamless patient journey. You will support daily operations, provide secretariat support for meetings, and monitor performance.

You will contribute to capacity planning, manpower planning, and digital solutions for appointment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations and staff management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SOC operations gained through nursing or allied health roles is desirable.
• Familiarity with design thinking, change management, project management, and digital transformation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong planning, analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills to track milestones.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, development and operationalisation of clinic operations and workflows.
• Assist with scheduling and patient communications through digital-first initiatives.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and prepare reports.
• Monitor operational performance and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to capacity planning, resource optimisation and manpower planning.
• Assist ORAT efforts and collaborate across departments to improve patient care delivery.
