Job summary

National Neuroscience Institute in Singapore is seeking an experienced operations professional to provide day-to-day support to the Neuroscience Specialist Outpatient Clinic (NSOC) at NNI@TTSH, driving improvement projects and coordinating operational activities.

Reporting to senior leaders, you will lead a team of PSAs, collaborate across departments to implement best practices, and ensure efficient processes that deliver high standards of patient care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree with at least 8 years of experience.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in clinical operations in a hospital or institution.
• Strong analytical, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to NSOC.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate operational activities within the clinic.
• Lead PSAs to deliver consistently excellent service quality to patients.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement best practices and efficient processes.

Job description

You will provide day-to-day operational support to the Neuroscience Specialist Outpatient Clinic (NSOC) at NNI@TTSH, including managing improvement processes and projects undertaken by the departments. In addition, you will also support the Senior Assistant Director, Clinical Support Operations, as well as Deputy Head, NSOC and key leadership in COO’s office in delivering high standards of efficiency, service and quality patient care in alignment with the strategic objectives of NNI.

You will have the opportunity to plan, coordinate and evaluate the operational activities within our specialist clinic, and lead your team of PSAs in delivering consistently excellent service quality to patients. You will collaborate closely with other departments to put in place strategically sound work plans, best practices and ensure efficient processes for the clinic.

Requirement:

• Recognized degree with at least 8 years' relevant working experience of which at least 2 years’ in a managerial experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Have experience in clinical operations in a hospital or institution
• Possess strong analytical, supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, results-oriented and focused on the service excellence aspect of patient care
