Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to lead the overall management and performance of assigned clinics in Singapore. You will guide resource management, service delivery, and operational efficiency to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care within a well-organised environment.

Responsibilities include driving efficiency across ambulatory care, maintaining compliance with policies, and overseeing budgeting and reporting to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or Diploma with at least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferably with knowledge of hospital or healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude with initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth clinic operation focusing on profit, patient care and efficiency.
• Coordinate ambulatory care across units and streamline workflows with care teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee KPIs, metrics and reports aligned with hospital goals.
• Maintain clinic assets through regular reviews with facilities and technical teams.
• Lead patient feedback and staff performance to sustain service quality.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure safe patient and information flow.
• Support staff training and development to build capability and sustain quality.
