Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to drive clinic operations, service excellence and healthcare transformation within a polyclinic network in Singapore. You will optimise operations, manpower and resources while collaborating with clinical, nursing and diagnostics teams to deliver enhanced patient experiences.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, programme implementation and cross-functional coordination across polyclinics and HQ to ensure efficient service

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Prior healthcare project experience is essential.
• Experience in healthcare operations, service improvement, transformation, project management or a related environment will be advantageous.
• Strong project coordination, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Polyclinic Management Team in planning and coordination of daily clinic operations.
• Coordinate manpower deployment, staff scheduling, patient flow and resource utilisation.
• Oversee administrative and operational activities including inventory and facility management.
• Work with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics and other service teams for smooth coordination.
• Support healthcare initiatives and programmes that enhance patient experience and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, service transformation and process enhancement projects.
• Develop proposals, workflows and implementation plans to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Analyse operational issues and identify practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training, digital transformation, policy and workflow improvements.
• Support development of new healthcare facilities and operational planning initiatives as required.
• Contribute to emergency preparedness and other organisation-wide projects.
• Provide operational support and undertake other projects as assigned.

Join a dynamic polyclinic management team supporting the smooth delivery of primary healthcare services across the West. You will work closely with management and multidisciplinary teams to optimise clinic operations, manpower and resources while drivingservice excellence, continuous improvement and healthcare transformation initiatives.

What You'll Be Driving

• Support the Polyclinic Management Team in the planning and coordination of daily clinic operations.
