Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Clinic Operations Manager to join Singapore's polyclinic network. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and alignment with national health initiatives such as Healthier SG and Age Well SG.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in coordinating and planning clinic activities, manpower utilisation, and resource allocation for cost-efficient operations.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow management, inventory and facilities upkeep.
• Drive rollout of new healthcare initiatives and contribute to service excellence and continuous improvement efforts.
• Plan and implement strategies and work processes in collaboration with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics and other service teams.
• Partner with colleagues across other workgroups, polyclinics or HQ on manpower planning, training, digital transformation, policy and workflow design, new clinic development and emergency preparedness.
