Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Polyclinic Operations Manager to support and streamline daily clinic operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and excellence at every patient touchpoint, contributing to national health initiatives like Healthier SG and Age Well SG.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in coordinating and planning clinic activities, manpower utilisation, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Drive rollout of new healthcare initiatives and contribute to service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Plan and implement strategies with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and other service teams.
• Collaborate with polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training, digital transformation, policy/design, and emergency preparedness.
