MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is recruiting for a clinic front-d desk role in Singapore. You will educate patients on mobile applications, liaise with vendors for programme logistics, and assist in daily clinic operations.

The role requires handling registrations, scheduling, referrals, and payments, plus acting as the first point of contact for patient inquiries and basic health screenings. Weekday plus scheduled Saturday work is expected.

Aufgaben

• Enhance / educate patient’s in using mobile applications and self-help functions.
• Liaising with partnered vendors, planning for logistics and schedules to carry out the programmes.
• Involved in daily clinic operations’ activities
• Help patients with registration, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, processing referrals, and handling payments
• Be the first point of contact for patients to answer their general questions, perform initial health screening activities, administering blood pressure checks, and making outgoing calls to patients to address any urgent requests they have.
• Provide administrative support to the clinic as needed.
