Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare Management or related discipline.
• Experience in healthcare operations or clinic management preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation counselling and patient education beneficial.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including patient flow, appointments, staffing and budgets.
• Review patient cases, support rehabilitation programmes, and ensure high quality care.
• Supervise therapists and clinic staff, provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs like patient volume, revenue and satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain documentation quality.
