Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our team at Lakeside MRT, Jurong West. You will support the Clinic Manager, handle front desk duties, answer calls, manage cash payments, and assist clinical tasks as needed. Training is provided and prior clinic experience is a plus.

Daily work includes patient registration, payment processing, routine claims filing, and ensuring the clinic remains clean and well-organized for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior clinic assistant experience is advantageous.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinic Manager to ensure operational efficiency.
• Register patients and answer phone calls.
• Handle payments and relevant claims filing.
• Assist clinical tasks such as ECG, nebulizer, dressing and minor procedures.
• Maintain stock of consumables, medications and equipment.
• Keep clinic clean and presentable.
