Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. operates a healthcare clinic near Lakeside MRT in Jurong West, Singapore. We seek a Clinic Assistant to join the team and support daily operations with a friendly, efficient front desk presence.

• Prior experience as clinic assistant will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinic Manager to ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desk duties - register patients, answer calls, handle enquiries and support doctors.
• Cashiering duties - payment collection and filing claims.
• Assist clinical tasks such as ECG, nebulizer, dressing and minor procedures.
• Stock/inventory management and maintaining clinic supplies and equipment.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and appearance.
