Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Patient Service Associate to support our clinics. You will manage front desk tasks, assist patients, and help with cashiering and administrative duties as required by supervising doctors.

Rotating location at Parkway East Hospital and Mount E Orchard as needed, with standard hours and on-site work in Singapore. 1 year of clinic experience preferred; Plato software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinic.
• Experience with Plato software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
