Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic activities at West side polyclinics. You will ensure optimal manpower utilization, smooth service delivery and cost efficiency.

You will lead a large frontline team, drive strategic initiatives such as Healthier SG and digital transformation, coordinate with polyclinics and HQ on workforce planning, training and process improvements to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of clinic operations experience.
• Experience leading a large team of 20+ healthcare frontline staff is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal manpower utilization, cost efficiency, and smooth service delivery.
• Drive and support strategic initiatives to enhance care delivery and service excellence.
• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory control, and facility operations.
• Lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training & development, digital transformation, policy improvements, and emergency preparedness.
