MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is recruiting for a Clinic Services & Operations Executive / Assistant Manager to support the Manager and cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate clinic activities, optimize manpower and resources, and ensure cost-efficient, smooth daily operations of the clinic. You will help implement initiatives such as Healthier SG and Age Well SG, drive service excellence and continuous improvement, and collaborate with clinical, nursing and diagnostics teams

Qualifications

• Degree in any field.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Analytical and with good problem solving skills.
• Experience in operation will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and cross-functional teams, coordinating and planning clinic activities, utilization of manpower and resources, to ensure cost efficiency, effective management and smooth daily operations of the clinic.
• Support the implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing and Age Well SG and support the drive to achieve service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee administrative activities like staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and facility management, and be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes, and work collaboratively with clinical, nursing, allied health professionals, diagnostics, and other service departments within the clinic.
• Opportunity to collaborate with team members across other workgroups, clinics or HQ, focusing on manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, policy and workflows, new clinics development, and emergency planning.
