Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills with a patient‑centered approach.
• Able tostay calm and productive in a busy clinic environment.
• Interest in learning clinic management and administrative tasks.
• Willingness to assist across front desk, clinical support and admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at front desk and manage appointment flow.
• Assist doctors during consultations and basic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain instruments and consumables.
• Handle dispensing under supervision and monitor stock levels.
• Assist with admin tasks and insurance/TPA submissions as needed.
