Job summary

ASIA HEALTHCARE BD PTE. LTD. operates a GP clinic in Singapore and seeks a Clinic Assistant to support patient registration, front desk duties, and basic clinical tasks. You will assist doctors, manage room preparation, and help with essential administrative duties in a busy primary care setting.

Ideal candidates have a minimum diploma or equivalent and are comfortable with shift work including evenings and weekends. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression in clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma.
• Healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage; training provided for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately using clinic management systems.
• Assist doctors during consultations and basic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and consumables.
• Handle payments, issue invoices and receipts.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organisation; follow SOPs and MOH/HCSA guidelines.
