Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service to patients
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling and enquiries
• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures
• Perform basic patient assessments (temperature, blood pressure, height, weight)
• Prepare and dispense medications per prescriptions and clinic procedures
• Manage patient records, billing, payments and insurance claims
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene and infection-control standards
• Monitor medication inventory and expiry dates
• Handle daily clinic administrative and operational duties
• Ensure patients receive prompt, professional service
